Adoddle 18.3 New Features and Key Enhancements:
Adoddle Field App for Android and iPhone Smartphone devices: Asite introduces Adoddle Field App for the Android and iPhone users. It is available for all existing Adoddle users for free. Adoddle Field for iPhone® and iPad® are available from the App Store and also available for Android from Google Play™. Adoddle Field allows all project team members, from teams onsite to senior management in the office, to easily share and manage files, view 2D and 3D files online, capture, upload and create Defects online from any Android or iPhone mobile device. Files and Apps are supported in offline mode too.
Introducing ability to flag files / forms: This release introduces an ability to flag a document or form record as High, Medium, Low and filter records based on the flag selected, thereby enabling users to associate bunch of records while starting a new workflow or to perform actions in a batch.
Project Forms to list the latest form message information:The Adoddle 18.3 release enhances the forms listing to populate the standard and custom field information based on the latest message record that the user has access to.
Adoddle Field - Support inline attachment of files within the Apps:The Adoddle 18.3 release includes an enhancement within Adoddle Field extending support to attach external files within the individual fields of an App.
AppBuilder – Ability to automatically associate current form:The Adoddle 18.3 release now introduces an ability to automatically associate the current form while creating a new form.
General User Interface / Performance Improvements: The Adoddle 18.3 release includes general user interface and performance improvements in the Web Application, Adoddle Reports as well as Adoddle Navigator (related to 2D and 3D viewing).
Extending the Out-of-box report templates: Asite continues to extend the list of pre-defined report templates available as part of standard report suite that users can copy and run. New Dashboard type reports related to files and forms with multiple charts / tabular statistics with drill down capabilities is being introduced. Refer detailed notes below for more information.
Parity with Adoddle Classic:
The Adoddle 18 platform is continuously being enhanced to have parity with all key functions available in Adoddle Classic. Adoddle 18 introduces the following parity functions:
‘Select All’ function to clear / delegate actions on files from Distribution history section: Administrators can now clear / delegate incomplete actions assigned to other recipients in single step via the Select All function.
1. Adoddle Field now available for Smartphones
Adoddle Field is a simple, easy-to-use tool that enables project collaboration with contacts and project teams on the move or anywhere on a job site. Sign in with your Adoddle account to publish and share drawings, photos, and files of any type, and always have access to the very latest set of project information no matter where your work takes you. Mark-up documents and drawings as well as issue actions to team members, allowing you to stay on top of time-critical review processes. View and mark-up Building Information Models (BIM) in 3D, including the ability to drill down into the components of the model and review discipline-specific elements.
Adoddle Field enables you to view and review multiple model files from disparate BIM Authoring toolsets merged into one unified model in Adoddle cBIM in the cloud. Raise RFIs, Defects / Punch lists, or any of the hundreds of other project workflow forms available in the Adoddle App Library and issue them to team members directly from your iPad with direct and automatic links to the relevant parts of any file or model. The Adoddle platform maintains a full and complete audit trail of all communications as a project progresses.
Adoddle Field for iPhone® and iPad® are available from the App Store and also available for Android devices from Google Play™.

2. Adoddle 18 Web Application
Adoddle 18 provides a unique and comprehensive set of capabilities in a single, unified environment in order to manage your Drawings, Project Schedules, BIM Models, Reports and Apps and share information across teams spread over different geographies.
Adoddle allows teams access and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset. It’s a powerful and easy to use interface allows you to track and capture data throughout the stages of Feasibility, Detailed Design, Construction Design, Construction and Facilities Management.
2.1 Files
Flagging Files: Adoddle users can now flag files as High, Medium, Low or No Flag and filter the file records using the available flags. The filtered records can be associated while starting a workflow or batch actions can be performed by selecting multiple files and doing a right click / More Option functions. |  |
 | Default Folder permission set to “No Access”: The default permission while creating a new folder / sub-folder has been changed to be set as ‘No Access’ for new records. Administrators continue to have the ability to amend the folder permissions to suit individual project needs |

4. Adoddle Navigator
Adoddle Navigator is a user-friendly desktop application that allows you to upload 2D and 3D files and collaborate with Project teams. Adoddle users have the option to synchronize information locally while working offline on the native applications before signing-in to Adoddle and publish them as revisions.
Adoddle Navigator integrates directly with Autodesk Revit and facilities exchanging data from 3D BIM Collaborative environment such as COBie (Construction Operation Building Information Exchange). Users are able to connect all project data to models regardless of their BIM Authoring tool. With a centralized storage of all versions of your models in a collaborative online environment users can harness the power of Big Data and extensible toolkit for Collaborative BIM.
