Adoddle 18.1 New Features and Key Enhancements
Configurable Attribute – Coordinate Type: Adoddle 18 as well as Adoddle Classic users can now use custom attribute of simple coordinates for files and also filter File records using exact coordinates or specific range of coordinates.
Adoddle Navigator – Support XRef Upload: Adoddle Navigator users can now upload External Reference files along with a particular parent file and collaborate further using same.
Parity with Adoddle Classic:
The Adoddle 18 platform is continuously being enhanced to have parity with all key functions available in Adoddle Classic. Adoddle 18.1 introduces the following parity functions:
Support for Proxy Users: Adoddle 18 users can now assign Proxy and work on behalf of their Project Team. Contact your Workspace Administrator for proxy permissions.
Folder URL: Adoddle 18 users can now share Direct Link for Folders within any Project. Direct Folder Link can be copied, shared in an email and it can be also saved as Favorite in a browser.
Files History Export to Excel: Adoddle 18 users can now export history records of Files in MS Excel format.
Forms History Export to Excel: Adoddle 18 users can now export history records of a Form and in MS Excel format.
1. Adoddle 18 Web Application
Adoddle 18 provides a unique and comprehensive set of capabilities in a single, unified environment in order to manage your Drawings, Project Schedules, BIM Models, Reports and Apps and share information across teams spread over different geographies.
Adoddle allows teams access and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset. Its powerful and easy to use interface allows you to track and capture data throughout the stages of Feasibility, Detailed Design, Construction Design, Construction and Facilities Management.

Project Controls tab: Project Forms is now renamed to Project Controls to relate to your day to day project control apps.

1.2 Administration
Support for Proxy Users: Adoddle 18 Administrators can define Proxy settings so as to enable users switch and work on behalf of their project team. Proxy user assignment can be always or for any fixed duration and same is done by accessing Manage Roles in Project Settings. Users can view the Dashboard, Files, Discussions, Project Control forms and other Apps areas to work on behalf of the proxy user. Click here for more help. |  |

1.3 Files
Support for Folder Direct URL: Adoddle 18 users can now share a link for any Project folder. Public folders can be viewed directly while users need to login to access private folders. Users can also copy the direct folder link, save it as favorite in browser and also share the link in email. |

2. Adoddle Navigator
Adoddle Navigator is a user-friendly desktop application that allows you to upload 2D and 3D files and collaborate with your Project teams. You can synchronize your information locally while you work offline on the native applications before you sign-in to Adoddle and publish them as revisions.
Adoddle Navigator integrates directly with Autodesk Revit and facilities exchanging data from 3D BIM Collaborative environment such as COBie (Construction Operation Building Information Exchange). Connect all your project data to your models regardless of your BIM Authoring tool. With a centralized storage of all versions of your models in a collaborative online environment you can harness the power of Big Data and extensible toolkit for Collaborative BIM.

Notes:
1. Updating the applets DOES NOT require Administration rights on local machine.
2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not happen for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will automatically install.
3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
