Accessing/Logging in to the Asite Marketplace [Buyer/Supplier]

This article will explain how to log in to Asite Marketplace as a Buyer or Supplier.

Log in to Marketplace

The Asite Marketplace provides multiple login methods, including standard login, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Two-Factor Authentication.

Login with Email and Password

  1. Open the Asite Marketplace.

  2. Select Login (top-right corner).

  3. Enter the Email ID and Password,

  4. Click Login.

  5. Marketplace home page will open.

NOTES: If the account password is forgotten, select Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions to reset the password.

  • An active Asite CDE (Common Data Environment) session automatically signs in to the Asite Marketplace when the account includes a Marketplace subscription.

TIP: To switch from Asite Marketplace to Adoddle, click the profile initials and select Adoddle View.

Login with Single Sign-On

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled, users can sign in using their organisation's SSO provider.

  1. Click Single Sign-On.

  2. Enter the Email ID.

  3. Select Login.

Two-Factor Authentication

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, a 6-digit authentication code must be entered after the first sign-in step is complete.

The code is generated by an authenticator app such as:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Microsoft Authenticator

  • Authy

2FA also applies to SSO logins.

If access to the authenticator app is lost, use one of the recovery codes to sign in.
