View Reviews on a File open in Viewer

Reviews, once created on a file, can be viewed by opening the file in the viewer.

Follow the steps to open the required file in the viewer (on which the review is to be viewed). Next, click the icon at the top right.

To hide this layered page, you can click the icon appearing with a black background. To show the layered page again (which is hidden), click the icon appearing with a black background.

To refresh, the layered page contacting reviews listing, click the icon.

To maximize the layered page, click the icon at the top right. Once maximized, to switch back the layered page to its original size, click the icon at the top right.

Any reviews created on the selected file will start appearing as a list with relevant details like title, review creator, review discipline, suggested status, review comments as applicable, review creation date, file version number and link to view the list of recipients. Any private reviews on file appear with the icon, while any public review reviews on file appear with the icon.

On mouseover of a review, you can mark the review by selecting any of the options - 'Agree', 'Disagree' or 'Withdraw' - to move forward with the corresponding review.

Users having access to the review will be able to respond to the review. Click here to understand how to reply to a comment review. Such replies created on a review will appear at the bottom of the respective review in sequence based on the number of responses created.

At the top right of the reviews listing, you have an option to filter the list based on different criteria.

Filters available in the first dropdown include:

  • Review Created By - All, Only by me

  • Review Suggested Status - As configured on the project

  • Review Disciplines - As configured on the project

  • Review Marked as - 'Agree', 'Disagree', 'Withdraw'

  • Review with mention of - Mentioned me

Filters available in the second dropdown include:

  • Number of revisions(versions) available on the file

Other than this, you have the option to sort the list by clicking the icon with three dots and then selecting the 'Sort' option.
