Below are the steps to import issues using the Issue Manager option available while viewing a Model:
1. Open the required model in the model viewer.
2. Click on the 'Issue Manager' icon at the top right to open the issue manager. A layered screen will appear with a list of already existing issues, if any.
3. To import single or multiple issues at the same time, click on the 'More Options' icon at the top of the 'Issue Manager' screen and select 'Import BCF'.
4. A layered screen will appear with an option to select the file for import.
Click on 'Select File' and, using the available file explorer on your computer, select a BCF file (containing the details of issues to be imported) from your local device storage.
5. Once done, click on the 'Import' option at the bottom right to start importing the issues in the selected BCF file as applicable. Else, click 'Close' to go back to the previous screen.
Once the import is successful, all issues from the selected BCF file will start appearing in the issue manager listing. Click here to understand how to view issue details once your required BCF file is imported.
