Pre-requisites:
Permission, as mentioned below, on the project template in which the purposes of issuing files are to be defined:
You, your organisation, or a user group where you are a member must be assigned 'Admin' permission.
Below are the steps to define the purpose of issues in a project template:
1. In the 'Projects' area, find the project template where the purposes for issuing files need to be set up.
2. Right-click the required project template and select 'Edit' then 'Purpose of Issues'.
Alternatively, mouse over the project template thumbnail in the thumb view and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click 'Purpose of Issues'.
3. Follow the required steps to define the purposes of issuing files in a project (See steps 3 to 5).
