Pre-requisites:
Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which distribution groups are to be defined:
You, your organisation, or a user group where you are a member must be assigned 'Admin' permission.
Below are the steps to define distribution groups in a project template:
1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template where you need to define distribution groups.
2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Edit' then 'Distribution Groups'.
Alternatively, mouse over the project template thumbnail in the thumb view and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click 'Distribution Groups'.
3. It opens the 'Manage Distribution Groups' screen where you can add, amend, and deactivate the distribution groups and their permissions.
4. Follow the required steps to define distribution groups in a project (See steps 3 to 11).
