Pre-requisites:
Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which user roles and access are to be defined:
You, your organisation, or a user group where you are a member must be assigned 'Admin' permission.
Below are the steps to define user roles and access in a project template:
1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template within which user roles and access are to be defined.
2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Roles & Users' then 'User Roles and Access'.
Alternately, mouse over the project template thumbnail in the thumb view and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click 'User Roles and Access'.
3. It shows the existing project template roles with the ability to create new roles and assign existing or new roles to users, organizations, and user groups.
4. Follow the required steps to manage user roles and access in a project (See steps 2 to 13).
