Updated over 2 weeks ago

Pre-requisites:

Permission as mentioned below, on the project template in which user roles and access are to be defined:

  • To manage the project template, 'Admin' permission must be assigned to you, your organization, or a user group in which you are a member.

Below are the steps to define user roles and access in a project template:

1. In the 'Projects' area, navigate to the project template within which user roles and access are to be defined.

2. Right-click on the required project template and select 'Roles & Users' then select 'User Roles and Access'.

Alternately, in the thumb view, do a mouse hover on the project template thumbnail and click the icon. A layered page opens. Click on 'User Roles and Access'.

3. It shows the existing project template roles with the ability to create new roles and assign existing or new roles to users, organizations, and user groups.

4. Follow the steps as required to manage user roles and access in a project (See steps 2 to 13).
