Users on Asite can copy part of a folder structure or the entire hierarchy and recreate it in another location within the same project.
Copying a structure:
Copies only the folders (no files)
Retains the existing layout
Can include folder permissions and metadata if required
NOTE: Folder structures can only be copied within the same project. Cross-project copying is not supported.
How Do I Copy Folder Structure in a Different Location?
Select the required project.
Navigate to the Files tab.
Right-click on the top-level folder of the structure you want to copy.
Hover over Copy, then select Folder Structure.
A Copy Folder Structure window will appear.
Select the subfolders to copy using the checkboxes on the left.
(Optional) Select the permissions and metadata to copy (bottom-left of the window).
Click Continue.
Select the destination folder in the folder tree.
Click Continue again to confirm.
A success message will appear once the process is complete.
