'Recent App Types' gadget

This article helps you understand the dashboard gadget showing recent form types.

The 'Recent App Types' gadget gives you quick access to the form types of all recently created forms - based on the last login time, today, yesterday, and past week.

When you click the form type, you are navigated to the 'Project Forms' tab which displays the relevant form type per gadget configuration.

Counts in the red ring include all overdue tasks of the corresponding form type. Clicking on the red ring with task count, you are navigated to the 'Project Forms' tab with overdue tasks on forms of the respective type.

Counts in the amber ring include all incomplete tasks for the current week of the corresponding form type. Clicking on the amber ring with task count, you are navigated to the 'Project Forms' tab with incomplete tasks on the respective form type for the current week.

Counts in the green ring include all incomplete tasks after the current week of the corresponding form type. Clicking on the green ring with task count, you are navigated to the 'Project Forms' tab with incomplete tasks on the respective form type after the current week.

The icon enables you to create a new form. Clicking on it navigates you to the 'Create New Form' window wherein you can create a new form (based on permissions and selected form type). Click here to understand how to create a new form.

To refresh the gadget data, click the icon. The last refreshed date and time, as applicable, will appear alongside the gadget name.

While editing the 'Recent App Types' gadget, below details are available for editing:

Gadget Title

To edit the title for the selected gadget.

Gadget Description

To edit the description for the selected gadget.

Timeline

To simultaneously choose and set the maximum number of form types on a selected gadget. The options currently available are 5, 10, 25 and 50.

After making the required changes, click the 'Update' button to apply the changes.
