The Favourite Apps gadget provides quick access the form types you've marked as favourites. To learn how to mark a form type as a favourite, check FAQs on Dashboard.
When you click a form type, you'll be taken to the Project Forms tab, where that specific form type will be automatically selected.
Understanding the Coloured Rings
Each coloured ring represents the status of tasks within that form type:
Ring | Description |
Red | Overdue tasks for the corresponding form type. |
Amber | Incomplete tasks due within the current week. |
Green | Incomplete tasks due in the upcoming week. |
TIP: Clicking a coloured ring redirects you to the Project Forms tab, showing only tasks matching that status.
Options Available Within the Gadget
Icon | Description |
(Add) | Creates a new instance of the selected form type.
NOTE: You must have permission to create new form instances for that form type. |
(Refresh) | Updates the gadget to display the latest data. |
