You can select location for the form you are creating if its form settings allow so. Below are the steps to select a location while creating a new form:

1. Follow the steps to create a form.

2. Click on location pin icon at top right side for selecting a location on the form.

3. The 'Select Location' window will appear.

4. Select the location by expanding the tree structure if required or use the search option at the top to search using keyword. Once done, click 'Associate' to confirm the selection.
