You can select a location for the form you are creating if its form settings allow so. Below are the steps to select a location while creating a new form:

1. Follow the steps to create a form.

2. Click the location pin icon at the top right side to select a location on the form.

3. The 'Select Location' window will appear.

4. Select the location by expanding the tree structure if required or use the search option at the top to search using a keyword. Once done, click 'Associate' to confirm the selection.
