1 Adoddle Web Application
Adoddle provides a unique and comprehensive set of capabilities in a single, unified environment in order to manage your Drawings, Project Schedules, BIM Models, Reports and Apps and share information across teams spread over different geographies.
Adoddle allows teams access and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset. Its powerful and easy to use interface allows you to track and capture data throughout the stages of Feasibility, Detailed Design, Construction Design, Construction and Facilities Management.
1.1 Dashboard
Custom branding – The Adoddle platform is extended to support custom branding including color schemes / Logo / images. Please contact us in case you require a custom branding implemented for your organization. |  |
1.2 Files
 3D File Viewer (requires no plug-ins) in listing area – Adoddle users have the ability to upload standard 3D files / Assembly / Part files and also view 3D files online in the Web application. Support formats include iam, ipt, stl, stp, catproduct, catpart,sat, 3dxml, neu,prt, igs, iges, jt,x_b, x_t, 3dm, sldasm, sldprt, step, ifc, ifczip, hsf, u3d,wrl and more. You can also create mark-ups and share with the project team. Refer detailed help for more details. You need to subscribe to Key BIM or Key Unlimited to access this feature.

| Document Placeholders – The Adoddle platform is extended to support users create document placeholders in the project folders and complete For Publishing actions
Support static link of files to target folders – Users now have the ability to link single / multiple files to destination folders. This facility is enabled for static files only.
2D File Comparison – Adoddle users now also have the ability to compare two 2D files. An Active-X plug-in is required to be installed to support this feature.
Custom Email Signature– The Adoddle files, forms, discussion email notifications can be customized with specific email signature. Please contact us in case you require a custom email signature implemented.
Extend page to list 250 records per page - Adoddle listing pages are now extended to display 250 records per page ,m by default. |
1.3 Project Forms / Apps
| Distribute existing forms - You can now also distribute an existing form via the More options.
Support "Associations bypass Form security" and "Associations bypass folder security" form settings - You can now view associated files / forms if the bypass form settings are enabled. |
1.4 Discussions
Batch commenting – Adoddle users now have the ability to create a new comment on a single or multiple files from the listing area. A right click option is available to perform the action.

2 Adoddle Navigator
Adoddle Navigator is a user-friendly desktop application that allows you to upload 2D and 3D files and collaborate with your Project teams. You can synchronise your information locally while you work offline on the native applications before you sign-in to Adoddle and publish them as revisions.
Adoddle Navigator integrates directly with Autodesk Revit and facilities exchanging data from 3D BIM Collaborative environment such as COBie (Construction Operation Building Information Exchange). Connect all your project data to your models regardless of your BIM Authoring tool. With a centralised storage of all versions of your models in a collaborative online environment you can harness the power of Big Data and extensible toolkit for Collaborative BIM.
2.1 Files
Revit plugin is extended to support publishing IFC files to Files area– Revit users can use the Adoddle plugin to publish the .ifc files as standard files to the files area. 3 Adoddle Field
Adoddle Field is a simple, easy-to-use tool that enables project collaboration with contacts and project teams on the move or anywhere on a job site. Sign in with your Adoddle account to publish and share drawings, photos, and files of any type, and always have access to the very latest set of project information no matter where your work takes you. Mark-up documents and drawings and issue actions to team members, allowing you to stay on top of time-critical review processes. View and mark-up Building Information Models (BIM) in 3D, including the ability to drill down into the components of the model and review discipline-specific elements. Adoddle Field enables you to view and review multiple model files from disparate BIM Authoring toolsets merged into one unified model in Adoddle cBIM in the cloud. Raise RFIs, Defects / Punch lists, or any of the hundreds of other project workflow forms available in the Adoddle App Library and issue them to team members directly from your iPad with direct and automatic links to the relevant parts of any file or model. The Adoddle platform maintains a full and complete audit trail of all communications as a project progresses.

4 Adoddle Classic
4.1 Documents
Support batch print (without Mark-up) for Thin Client Viewer enabled projects– Users on projects enabled with Thin Client Viewer, now have the ability to print single / multiple 2D files as an output to the printer. This currently excludes ability to print mark-ups created on the 2D files.
Download files from with AppBuilder forms to include the Folder Structure by default– eTender users downloading the associated Tender documents from the App itself now have the zip file containing the entire folder structure of the associated files. |  |

Notes:
1. Updating the applets DOES NOT require Administration rights on local machine.
2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not happen for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will automatically install.
3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
