Directory Search
The Company Directory provides a searchable list of companies available in Marketplace. Company profiles can include company information, services, classifications, categories, contact details, and compliance information.
Access the Company Directory
Select Directory Search from the top navigation menu.
Companies can become Trading Partners through the following options:
Option | Description |
Invite | Invite a company to complete prequalification. |
Request | Request to prequalify with a company. |
Connect | Connect directly without prequalification. Available for Government Organisations, Contractors, Consultants, and Public Authorities. |
Search for Companies
Use the Search field to search for companies by Classification or Category.
Search Option | Description |
Search by broad company types, such as Contractors, Consultants, or Manufacturers. | |
Search by services, products, or work types, such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing. |
Search by Location
Use the Location field to find companies within a specific area.
Option | Description |
Address | Enter an address, such as Buckingham Palace, London, United Kingdom. |
Postcode | Enter a postcode, such as SW1A 1AA. |
Current Location | Search for companies near the current location. |
A location search uses a default radius of 100 miles (160 km). Use the radius slider to adjust the search area. The minimum search radius is 10 miles (16 km).
Select Clear in the location search menu to remove all location filters.
Applied location filters are displayed as filter pills below the search field.
Select X on a filter pill to remove an individual filter.
Filter and Sort Results
Select Filters next to the search field to refine the company listing.
Available filters include Prequalification Statuses, which indicate the relationship between a company and the organisation.

Prequalification Statuses
Status | Buyer View | Supplier View |
Invited | Company has been invited for prequalification. | The organisation has invited the Supplier to prequalify. |
Pending | Company has accepted the invitation and is completing the questionnaire. | Invitation has been accepted or the request has been approved. The questionnaire is ready to complete. |
Connected / Qualified | Company connected directly or successfully completed prequalification. | Company connected directly or completed prequalification successfully. |
Rejected | Prequalification submission was rejected. | Prequalification submission was rejected. |
Requested | Company has requested Buyer to join the supply chain. | Request to prequalification has been sent to the Buyer. |
Revise & Resubmit | Questionnaire has been returned for amendments and resubmission. | Questionnaire has been returned for amendments and resubmission. |
Under Review | Prequalification submission is under review. | Completed questionnaire is under review. |
Expired | Prequalification has expired and requires updating. | Prequalification has expired and requires updating. |
Sort
Use the Sort icon at the top of the listing to sort companies alphabetically in ascending or descending order.
Company Listing
The company listing displays companies matching the current search and filter criteria.
The listing includes the following tabs:
Tab | Description |
All | Displays all matching companies. |
Recently Viewed | Displays recently opened company profiles. |
Each company listing may include:
Company logo
Company name
Classification
Categories, up to five
DUNS Number
Primary address
Primary contact number
Primary email address
Accreditations, insurances, and compliance information
TIP: A DUNS Number is a unique 9-digit business identifier.
