Logging in to aMail

This article will explain the different sign-in options for connecting your email to your Asite account.

How Do I Access aMail Through My Email?

Since there are two ongoing versions of Outlook for Windows Desktop, follow the steps for your version.

  • Old Outlook:

    1. Open Outlook and select the email you want to send to Asite.

    2. Click the three dots in the top-right corner.

    3. Scroll down and select Save to Asite.

    4. Enter your Asite credentials in the login window.

  • New Outlook:

    1. Open Outlook and select the email you want to send to Asite.

    2. Click the Apps button in the top-right corner.

    3. From the pop-up menu, select aMail.

    4. In the new pop-up, click Save to Asite.

    5. Enter your Asite credentials in the login window.


Cloud Login

Choose your relevant cloud:

  • Asite Cloud

  • Asite US Gov. Cloud (AWS GovCloud US)

  • Asite UAE Cloud

  • Asite KSA Cloud

  • Asite Canada Cloud

  • Asite Hong Kong Cloud

NOTE: To avoid re-entering your details each time, select Remember Me when logging in.


Single Sign-On

  1. At the bottom of the login screen, click Use Single Sign-On (SSO).

  2. Select the relevant cloud.

NOTE: To switch back, click Use Cloud Login at the bottom of the window.


Secondary Authentication

  • If enabled, you'll be asked to enter an authentication code upon logging in.

  • The code is sent instantly to your registered email and must be entered within 5 minutes.

  • If you don't receive the code or it expires, re-enter your credentials to generate a new one.

NOTE: To enable Secondary Authentication for your account, please email support@asite.com with your registered email address and the name of your organisation.
