While viewing reviews of a file open in the viewer, any public review created on the file appears with the (unlock) icon.

Users with the 'Mark Review Private' privilege can mark a public review as private. Once you have this privilege, you can click the icon on any public review to make it private. Upon clicking, a layered screen appears as follows:

In the 'To' box, you can enter the users with whom you want to share the selected comment review. This will be in addition to any existing distributed users to whom the chosen comment review would already be visible.

Once you've completed the process, click 'Continue' to make the selected comment review private. Otherwise, click 'Cancel' to go back to the previous screen.

Private reviews will appear with the (lock) icon on files.
