While viewing reviews on a file open in viewer, any public review created on file appear with icon.

Users having the privilege 'Mark Review Private' will be able to mark a public review as private. Once you have this privilege, you can click on icon showing on any public review if you need to make it private. Upon clicking, a layered screen appears as follows:

In the 'To' box, you can enter the users with whom you wish to particularly share the selected comment review. This will be in addition to existing distributed users (if any) to whom the selected comment review would already be visible.

Once done, click 'Continue' to proceed with marking the selected comment review private. Else, click 'Cancel' to go back to precious screen.

Private reviews, once created on file, will appear with icon.
