Below is a brief description of the menu options on the left-hand side of the 'Workflows' tab:
Workflow Instances - This takes you to a listing of workflow instances accessible to you. Select a project for records specific to the selected project.
Once a project is selected, you can also create a workflow definition, create a workflow trigger or configure a system task using the options available at the top right, or using its right-click options.
Workflow Definitions - This takes you to a listing of workflow definitions accessible to you. Select a project or project template for records specific to the selected project or project template.

Workflow Triggers - This takes you to a listing of workflow triggers accessible to you. Select a project or project template for records specific to the selected project or project template.
