Associate a Review with the Form

This article helps you understand how to associate a file review while creating a new form.

Updated today

You can associate existing reviews on project files (from the same or other projects accessible to you) to the form you are creating if its form settings allow so. Below are the steps to associate an existing file review while creating a new form:

Before proceeding further, remember to ensure that the file review you are looking to associate with the form is part of the projects that you have selected in the project filter. The option to associate a review and create a new form is only applicable to review-enabled projects.

Follow the steps to create a form.

Click the 'More Options' icon at the top right side (available based on relevant form settings configuration) to associate docs, reviews or forms. To associate a review, click the 'Associate Reviews' option as seen in the screenshot below.

Similarly, the option to associate reviews will also be available while replying to a form, as shown in the screenshot below.

Based on the form settings configuration, the option to associate reviews can be available while editing an existing form as well.

A pop-up will appear wherein reviews can be selected to associate with the same or other projects accessible to you. Select the reviews that need to be associated by using the search filters available at the top, and then click 'Associate and Close' to proceed further.

In case you need to associate multiple reviews by navigating to separate folders, use the 'Associate' button to associate selected reviews in the current folder and then navigate to the other folders one by one and associate other reviews accordingly. Click 'Associate and Close' once done.

The reviews selected for association will appear at the bottom of the form.
