How Do I Access aMail Through Outlook Web?
NOTE: aMail is a paid plugin. Access must be enabled on your account before you can save emails to Asite using aMail in Outlook Web. To enable aMail, contact Support at support@asite.com.
In Outlook Web, open any email.
Click More Apps (top-right).
Select aMail.
From the dropdown, click Login/Logout.
In the aMail panel, enter your Asite User ID and Password.
Click Login.
A confirmation message, "You have Successfully Logged in", will appear.

Cloud Login
When using Cloud Login, select the correct Cloud Environment:
Asite Cloud
Asite US Gov. Cloud (AWS GovCloud US)
Asite UAE Cloud
Asite KSA Cloud
Asite Canada Cloud
Asite Hong Kong Cloud
Single Sign-On (SSO)
NOTE: SSO must be enabled at the organisation level. Contact Support at support@asite.com to request activation. Contact to enable it.
In the aMail panel, click Use Single Sign-On (SSO).
Choose your Cloud Environment.
Enter your email address.
Complete your organisation’s authentication process.
Secondary Authentication via Email or Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP)
If Secondary Authentication is enabled, you must enter a 6-digit authentication code when logging in.
The code is generated by an authenticator app such as:
Google Authenticator
Microsoft Authenticator
Authy
Secondary Authentication also applies to Single-Sign On (SSO) logins.
If you can not access your authenticator app, use one of your recovery codes to log in.
Recovery codes are provided when you set up Secondary Authentication for your account.

TIP: If it expires or is not received, re-enter your login credentials to generate a new one
