Logging in to aMail in Outlook Web Add-In

This article will explain how to sign in to aMail through Outlook Web to save your emails on Asite account.


How Do I Access aMail Through Outlook Web?

NOTE: aMail is a paid plugin. Access must be enabled before emails can be saved to Asite using aMail in Outlook Web. To enable aMail, contact Support at support@asite.com.

  1. In Outlook Web, open any email.

  2. Click More Apps.

  3. Select aMail.

  4. From the dropdown, click Login/Logout.

  5. In the aMail panel, enter your Asite User ID and Password.

  6. Click Login.

  7. A confirmation message, "You have Successfully Logged in", will appear.


Login Options

NOTE: If Two-Factor Authentication is enabled for your organisation, you will be prompted to enter a code when logging in. For more information, see Two-Factor Authentication.


Cloud Login

When using Cloud Login, select the correct Cloud Environment:

  • Asite Cloud

  • Asite US Gov. Cloud (AWS GovCloud US)

  • Asite UAE Cloud

  • Asite KSA Cloud

  • Asite Canada Cloud

  • Asite Hong Kong Cloud

NOTE: Select Remember Me to avoid entering your credentials each time.


Single Sign-On (SSO)

NOTE: SSO must be enabled at the organisation level. Contact Support at support@asite.com to request activation.

  1. In the aMail panel, click Use Single Sign-On (SSO).

  2. Choose your Cloud Environment.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Complete your organisation’s authentication process.

TIP: To return to standard login, click use Cloud Login.
