Edit and Distribute Forms

This article helps you understand how to edit and distribute existing forms if any.

Users on Asite having required privileges can edit and distribute forms. To enable this for any form type, you need to enable 'Edit and Distribute' from form settings.

1. Click on the form id or title in the forms listing. Form Viewer will open in a new browser window or tab.

2. Click and expand the 'Task' menu to select 'Edit and Distribute' option.

3. Clicking 'Edit and Distribute', the edit view of selected form will open up. In case the distribution for form is kept as optional (based on form settings configuration), click on 'Distribute' icon to enable the 'To' field.
