NOTE: To forward a form, users must have the Edit and Forward setting enabled in the Form Settings. However, editing is not recommended, as it can be done multiple times but removes the audit trail, impacting traceability.
Once the Edit and Forward setting is enabled, it applies only to newly created forms and does not affect forms created before the setting was enabled.
How Do I Edit and Forward a Form?
Select the Project containing the required form.
Navigate to the Project Forms tab.

From the folder tree on the left, select the type of form you want to view.

Locate and open the required form in the viewer.

Click the Forward
icon (top-right).The form will open in a new edit window.

Enter the name of the users, roles, distribution groups or organisations in the To field to forward the form.

While forwarding, you can use different top-bar options that are explained in the table below:

Click Send (bottom-right) to complete forwarding the form.

NOTE: The availability of top bar options depends on whether they are enabled in the form settings.
TIP:
You can edit the Form Title and other fields within the form before forwarding it, while the original form remains unchanged.
