Users on Asite can directly access key details of the projects accessible to them, from the listing itself by clicking on links available in separate columns.
Below is a screenshot showing projects listing and the following table lists available links, their description and functionality impact:
Link Type | Description | Functionality Impact |
Project Name | Enables you to view dashboard of related project. | Opens default dashboard, and applies related project as filter criteria in project filter. |
Status | Enables you to edit information and change status of related project. | Opens 'Edit Project' popup if accessible to you, allowing you to edit existing configuration of related project. |
Files (Count) | Enables you to view list of files related project, with current revisions filtered. | Opens files listing with current revisions filtered, and applies related project as filter criteria in project filter. |
Last File Uploaded | Enables you to find out the last file upload date and time on related project. | Opens files listing showing the last file uploaded in the list, and applies related project as filter criteria in project filter. |
End Date | Enables you to edit information and change end date of related project. | Opens 'Edit Project' popup if accessible to you, allowing you to edit existing configuration of related project. |
