This article helps you understand how to use links in projects listing.

Users on Asite can directly access key details of the projects they can access, from the listing itself by clicking on links available in separate columns.

Below is a screenshot showing the project listing and the following table lists available links, their description, and functionality impact:

Link Type

Description

Functionality Impact

Project Name

To view the dashboard of the corresponding project.

It opens the default dashboard, and your project filter is updated to include only the selected project.

Status

To edit information and change the status of the corresponding project.

If accessible, it opens the 'Edit Project' screen where you can edit the configuration of the selected project.

Files (Count)

To view a list of files under the corresponding project, with current revisions filtered.

It opens a list of files with the current revisions, and your project filter is updated to include only the selected project.

Last File Uploaded

To view the date and time of the last file upload on the corresponding project.

It opens a list of files showing the last file uploaded and your project filter is updated to include only the selected project.

End Date

To edit information and change the end date of the corresponding project.

If accessible, it opens the 'Edit Project' screen where you can edit the configuration of the selected project.
