Below are the steps to add Asite standard form templates to a project:

1. In 'Projects' area, navigate to the project where form templates need to be added.

2. Right click on the required project and select 'Apps' then select 'App Templates'.

Alternately, in the thumb view, do a mouse hover on the project thumbnail and click on icon. A layered page opens. Click on 'App Templates'.

3. 'Assign Apps' window will open wherein you can select the type of forms that need to be added to the project by selecting checkboxes against their name. To add defects form type to a project, search for 'Defects' and select the 'Defects' form type under 'Field Manager' group.

4. You can also search a particular form using the search box available at the top right.

5. Click on 'Add to Project' to add selected forms to the project.

6. You can also download the form template of custom forms by clicking on template icon at the right of each custom form record.
