Users on Asite having required project level privilege 'Can Manage Quality Test Plan' can create quality inspection test plans for managing project quality.

Below are steps for the same:

1. In the 'Quality' tab, select the concerned project from left side and click on 'Create Plan' button at top right.

2. Name the plan you want to create, then click 'Create New'.

3. You are now good to add locations and add activities to the newly created plan.
