Users on Asite with the required project-level privilege 'Can Manage Quality Test Plan' can create quality inspection test plans for managing project quality.

Below are steps for the same:

1. In the 'Quality' tab, select the concerned project from the left side and click the 'Create Plan' button at the top right.

2. Name the plan you want to create, then click 'Create New'.

3. Add locations and activities to the newly created plan.
