1. Follow the steps for navigating to user account preferences on Asite.

2. Click on the 'Filter Preferences' menu option on the left.

3. Select the checkbox option 'Remember Applied Filter' to retain any search filters applied to the selected folder even while navigating to other folders or moving across areas within the platform. Otherwise, let it remain unchecked.

4. Click on 'Submit' to apply the preference.
