1. Follow the steps for navigating to user account preferences on Asite.

2. Click the 'Filter Preferences' menu option on the left.

Select the 'Remember Applied Filter' checkbox to retain any search filters applied to the selected folder even while navigating to other folders or moving across areas within the platform. Otherwise, keep it unchecked.

3. Click on 'Submit' to apply the preference.
