'Favourite Folders' gadget

This article helps you understand the dashboard gadget showing favourite folders.

The Favourite Folders gadget gives you quick access to your favourite folders. Click here to understand how to mark a folder as favourite.

Clicking the folder name, you are navigated to the 'Files' tab with relevant project folder in expanded mode.

Clicking on a favourite folder from dashboard, it will respect your filter preferences as well as organizational design layout settings. In absence of this, Asite will display files within the sub-folder.

Counts in the red ring include all overdue tasks on files available in the corresponding folder. Clicking on the red ring with task counts, you are navigated to the 'Files' tab with overdue tasks on files of the mentioned folder.

Counts in the amber ring include all incomplete tasks for current week on files available in the corresponding folder. Clicking on the amber ring with task counts, you are navigated to the 'Files' tab with incomplete tasks on files for current week.

Counts in the green ring include all incomplete tasks after current week on files available in the corresponding folder. Clicking on the green ring with task counts, you are navigated to the 'Files' tab with incomplete tasks on files after current week.

To refresh the gadget data, click on icon. Last refreshed date and time, as applicable, will appear alongside the gadget name.

While editing the 'Favourite Folders' gadget, below details are available for editing:

Gadget Title

To edit the title for selected gadget.

Gadget Description

To edit the description for selected gadget.

After making required changes, click on 'Update' button to apply the changes.
