We are pleased to bring you our new release Adoddle 18.8 which has exciting new features as well as bug fixes. We are particularly excited to announce support for Arabic language in Adoddle Web Application.

Adoddle 18.8 Release New Features and Key Enhancements

Support for Arabic Language: Adoddle supports major international languages along with their locale. New addition to this list is Arabic along with English UK, English US, French, German, Chinese, Russian and Spanish.

Ability to Edit File Attributes from Adoddle Viewer: Adoddle users can now easily edit file attributes/ Meta data while viewing the file i.e. now users don’t need to navigate to files listing area to edit a file’s attributes.

Ability to View and Add/Replace Secondary File: Users can now add new or replace existing secondary file of already uploaded document and also view them in the Adoddle viewer.

File Comparison Improved: Comparing files is now improved and made plugin free. It now comes with HTML5 support within Adoddle files viewer.

Support for Purpose of Issue in Workflow Designer: Now easily configure more effective graphical workflows using Purpose of Issues (POI) while designing the workflow. Purpose of Issues (POI) are now supported in designing a graphical workflow gateway conditions.

“Subject” field & “Distribute” button added in forms: While creating a new form, if the distribution is set to optional, only Distribute button would be visible. Clicking on Distribute button would enable the “To” field. Additionally, when distributing existing forms, users can include action notes in the new “Subject" field.

Bulk Import of File Placeholders via MS Excel File: Creating bulk placeholders is now supported in Adoddle and users can create placeholders in bulk using our MS Excel template.

Direct Links of Forms are now visible in Form Viewer: Sharing direct links of forms is now easier, Adoddle users can view the direct link of a form in the Adoddle form viewer and also share it from view mode.

Adoddle allows teams to access, capture, track and re-use data throughout the lifecycle of an asset from Feasibility to Facilities Management.

Support for selecting Roles and Orgs in task creation: Now easily create user and system tasks and assign actions directly to Roles and Organisations while designing a graphical workflow. No need of manually adding individual users while creating a task. Click here for more help.

1.3 Adoddle Files

	Edit file Attributes from the Viewer: Adoddle users can now easily edit file attributes while viewing that file from the viewer screen itself. User doesn’t need to navigate to file listing area and use right click option. Click here for more help.
Ability to Replace Existing Secondary File & View them: Users can now replace secondary file of already uploaded document and also view them in the Adoddle viewer by single right click. Click here for more help.

Bulk Import Placeholders using MS Excel Template: Creating bulk placeholders is now supported in Adoddle and users can create placeholders in bulk using the MS Excel template similar to how files can be uploaded in bulk using the Excel Import template. Click here for more help.

1.4 Adoddle Procurement

Facility to mark at least one Add-on item as required from available list of Add-on items: Procurement Catalogue now provides facility to mark item as "At least one Add-on required", which ensures that users have to select at least one Add-on item, while creating the order. Administrator can mark a flag in catalogue template as “Yes” or “No”, for all items with flagged as “Yes”, users will be notified by a system prompt to select at least one Add-on item for the given parent item.

1.5 Adoddle Forms

Direct Links of Forms are now visible in Form Viewer: Sharing direct links of forms is now easier, Adoddle users can view the direct link of a form in the form viewer and also share it from view mode. Option to also copy link from listing right-click is still available. Click here for more help.

Notes:

1. Updating the applets DO NOT require Administration rights on local machine.

2. Clicking on “Always” option when prompted with a certificate will ensure that similar prompts do not appear for current as well as any other applet signed by Asite. If this option has already been activated, these updates will be automatically installed.

3. Adoddle Navigator installation / update requires administrator rights.
