Project List view: Administrators can now view projects in a List view in addition to the Tiled view under the Projects tab. Users can also maximize to full page or customize list view columns as required.

Project Search under Projects tab: Administrators can now search for required projects listed in the Projects tab by typing in the free text characters.

Project Search by Project Status: Administrators can filter projects by Project Status as Open or Close.

Search user by Email address: Administrators can search users by their email address while assigning them to the project roles.

Display user information on mouse hover user name: Administrators can now view user profile image, Name, Organization and Email address on mouse hover against user name that is added to the Roles and the form statuses.

Right Click options for Projects: Administrators now have new right click options against projects listed in the List view.

Extended support for online viewing of 3D PDF/DWF/DWFX formats : Adoddle 3D online viewer is extended to enable users view 3D PDF, DWF and DWFX files online.

Show All values within Create Filter dropdown for custom attributes: Users are now displayed all values within the custom attribute fields within the filter function

Improved Distribution user interface to indicate users’ Actions and due date: Users can now view the Action name, due date while sharing files. On mouse hover against user name in the distribution list, you can now view the detailed information of User Name, Organization, Email Address, Action and Due days.

New column ‘Distributed’ introduced in Files listing : Users can now configure the listing page to view information if the file has been distributed or not

Display the User First name, Last name and Organization in Markups: On mouse hover against a given markup, users can now view the User First Name, Last name and Organization information.

Add your message while sharing files: Users now have a message box (optional) to specify their personalized message content while sharing files with users. The message content shall be part of the email body.

Highlight latest revision within the File Audit History section. It displays ‘Latest Revision’ text on mouse-hover of the revision number.

Ability to Start a Workflow from an existing form: Adoddle17 users can now start workflow by creating a new form with the selected associations/attachments within the form.

Batch Action – For Change Status: Users can now complete their incomplete For Status Change actions on single / multiple selected forms in a single click.

Form type specific control to Re-Open closed forms: Administrators can control who can re-open closed form on an individual form type. A new project level privilege ‘Can Re-Open Close Form - Admin’ has been introduced to facilitate this functionality.
