Q1. Can I send an aMessage to my external contacts?

A1. You can send aMessages to external contacts by installing aMessage app on your mobile device.

On Asite web application, you have an option to invite external users. Once they accept your invitation and register with Asite, you will then be able to send them an aMessage / receive responses.


Related to Edit a Task

Q1. How do I complete my pending tasks from 'Tasks' tab?

A1. It depends on the type of task you need to complete.

To complete a group task, click on the tick mark icon corresponding to the task record you need to complete. This will change the task status to 'Completed'.

To complete a task on a file, click on the task name for the file task you need to complete. It will take you a relevant screen from where you can complete that particular file task.

To complete a task on a form, click on the task name for the form task you need to complete. It will take you a relevant screen from where you can complete that particular form task.

Q2. Why am I unable to complete tasks by clicking on tick mark in Tasks tab?

A2. Completing tasks by clicking on tick mark is applicable only for group tasks. If the task is related to a file or a form, the tick mark option will always show disabled.
