Privilege | Description |
Can Access Audit Information | The Can Access Audit Information role privilege is required on the project containing the workflow instances. |
View Workflow Instances from the Workflows Tab
Open the Workflows tab.
Apply the required Global Project Filter.
Select Workflow Instances from the left-hand menu.

The Workflow Instances area displays ongoing workflow instances for the selected projects.
When multiple projects are included in the project filter, select a project from the left-hand panel to display workflow instances for the selected project.
Workflow Instance Columns Detail
Detail | Description |
Name | Displays the workflow name. Select the workflow name to view workflow progress. |
Status | Displays the current workflow status. |
Started By | Displays the user who started the workflow. Select the user name to view profile details. |
Workflow Object | Displays the name of the associated object. Select the object name to open the relevant file, form, or custom object. |
Type | Displays the workflow object type: file, form, or custom object. |
Start Date | Displays the workflow start date. Time details are available on mouseover. |
End Date | Displays the workflow end date, where applicable. Time details are available on mouseover. |
Duration | Displays the workflow duration. |
View Workflow Instances on Files
To view workflow instances on an open file, see View Workflow Instances on a File (Open in Viewer).
To view workflow instances from the Files listing area:
Locate the Workflow Status column.
Select the workflow status for the required file.
If Workflow Status is not displayed, add the field using the Customising Columns option.
