Users can view status indicators against locations in the Location Tree in Asite Field. The indicators show whether a drawing is available and calibrated for snagging, helping site teams identify locations ready for snagging without opening each location individually. Task Verification Permission
Administrators can assign the Can Verify Task permission to users, allowing them to verify completed tasks and manage the task verification process. Users with this permission can also reopen Completed or Verified tasks when additional work is required. Reopened tasks are returned to the Task Owner for rework, while previous completion and verification records are retained in the task history.

Manage Attributes at the Template Level
Authorised users can create and manage reusable Attributes and Attribute Sets directly within Plan Templates. These configurations are automatically included when a new Plan is cloned from the template, while the cloned attributes and sets remain independent of the original template.

New Template Manager Role
A dedicated Template Manager role has been introduced to the permissions matrix. This role allows users to manage assigned Plan Templates, including packages, tasks, dependencies, and template revisions, without permitting them to manage Plans created from those templates.

Manage Plan Lifecycle Status
Playbook supports Draft, Open, Overdue, and Closed plan statuses. Plans automatically move to Overdue when their due date is reached, and authorised users can close or reopen plans as required. Closed plans restrict activity updates until they are reopened.

Security Update - Change in Asite OAuth2.0 Access and Refresh Tokens
As part of our continuous efforts to enhance the security aspects of Asite’s REST APIs and Ecosystem framework, we are upgrading our authentication service effective 29 March 2026. As a part of this upgrade, we are increasing the character length of Asite OAuth2.0 Access and Refresh Tokens.
​Existing Token Length: 28-30 Characters
​New Token Length: 128 Characters
​Expected Impact: Access/Refresh Tokens stored within repositories or databases wherein the character limit has been specified as less than 128 characters. Similar restrictions apply to the use of Asite OAuth2.0 tokens within designated processes.
​Required Action: Please ensure that the field length for storing/processing OAuth tokens is updated to support more than 128 characters (recommended: ≥128 characters or higher)
​Notes: Existing Access/Refresh Tokens, already generated, will remain functional and will work without any issues.

Manage Visibility for Private Comments on CDE Documents

Users can manage the visibility of private comments by allowing selected users, roles, or organisations to view them without requiring any action on the document.
