Users on Asite having required folder permissions can lock/unlock key activities on the existing files - like uploading new file revisions, distribution of files, editing of file attributes, changing file status, and creating aMessages/reviews on file as applicable.

To differentiate the files having certain locked activities on the file listing page, use the 'Customize' option available at the top right side and move the 'Activity Locks' from 'Available Fields' to 'Selected Fields'.
