Users on Asite having required folder permissions can lock / unlock key activities on the existing files - like uploading of new file revisions, distribution of file, editing of file attributes, changing of file status and creating aMessages/reviews on file as applicable.

To differentiate the files having certain locked activities on files listing page, use the 'Customize' option available at top right side and move the 'Activity Locks' from 'Available Fields' to 'Selected Fields'.
