All forms created in Asite can be viewed using the online form viewer. Click here to understand how to open a form in Asite Form Viewer.

While viewing a form, you can use many form specific options. Click on a relevant topic below to continue.

What's New

The down arrow makes it easy to change the form status.

Attachments & Associations are grouped in separate tabs named Files, aMessages, Forms, References, etc.

History is more organized with the required information presented in separate columns.

Form information and message trail displayed in same interface, including links for attachments / pending tasks as applicable.

1. Status Change - To change the status of the form open in viewer.

2. Attachments & Associations - To view all the attachments & associations of the form open in viewer.

3. History - To view the audit history of the form open in viewer.

4. Form Details - To view the message trail of the form open in viewer, including responses created if any.

5. Form ID & Form Title - To view the ID and title of the form open in viewer i.e. the form instance number.

6. Copy Direct Link - To copy the direct link to the form open in viewer.

7. Workflows - To view ongoing workflow instances on the form open in viewer.

8. Print Form Details - To see the print view of the form open in viewer and print the form details.

10. Originator - To view the name of originator on the form open in viewer, including their organisation name and profile picture if available.

11. Distributed To - To view the details of users to whom the form open in viewer was distributed.

12. Distribution Date & Time - To view the date and time when the form open in viewer was distributed.

13. Form Content - To view the message content of the form open in viewer.

14. Task Menu - To view the available task items on the form open in viewer like 'Distribute' or 'Respond', based on form settings.

15. Export Options - To view printable version of the form open in viewer, or export current or all form messages in PDF file format.

16. Form Attribute Details - To view form attribute details, publish details with a direct link to the form.

17. Start Meeting - To start a meeting using Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
