Add a Gadget to Your Dashboard

This article will explain how to add a gadget to a dashboard.

NOTE:

  • Users require Admin permission on the dashboard to edit it.

  • The editing feature is not applicable to the System Dashboard.

  • A limit of 10 gadgets are allowed in a single dashboard.

How Do I Add Different Gadgets to My Dashboard?

  1. After creating a new dashboard or editing an existing one, click the Add Gadget button (top right) to add gadgets.

  2. Various gadgets will be displayed. Click on the plus + icon against the gadget to add it to the newly created dashboard.

Available Options for Gadgets

Each gadget includes several options that let you interact with and manage it.

Name

Description

Edit

Edit the selected gadget's configuration or information.

Maximise

Expand the gadget to full view.

Minimise

Reduce the gadget back to its default size.

Delete

Remove the selected gadget.

Refresh

Reload the gadget to display the latest data.

NOTE: Use the Switch Dashboard option in the top right corner of the dashboard screen to move between dashboards you have access to.
