Right-click Options on a Folder in a Project (in the Folder Tree)

This article helps you understand the right-click options on a folder in a project in the 'Files' tab.

  1. New
    ​

    1. Sub-Folder - To add a subfolder under the selected folder in the project.
      ​

    2. Create File - To create a file from a file template in the selected folder on the project by using the aDrive Desktop app.
      ​

    3. Add Files - To upload files to the selected folder on the project.
      ​

    4. Placeholder - To publish placeholders in the selected folder of the project.
      ​

  2. Edit Folder - Edit the selected folder on the project.
    ​

  3. View Folder Permission - To view permissions on the selected folder in the project.
    ​

  4. Add As Favourite / Remove As Favourite - Select 'Add As Favourite' to add the selected folder to your favourite folders. Otherwise, select 'Remove as Favourite' to remove the selected folder from your favourite folders.
    ​

  5. Copy
    ​

    1. Name - To copy the name of the selected project folder.
      ​

    2. Location - To copy the location path of the selected folder in the project.
      ​

    3. Link - To copy the link of the selected folder on the project.
      ​

    4. Folder Structure - To copy the folder structure under the selected folder on the project to another destination within the project.
      ​

  6. Move Folder - To move the selected folder to another location on the same project.
    ​

  7. Start Watching - To start watching the selected folder on the project.
    ​

  8. Watch
    ​

    1. Stop Watching - To stop watching the selected folder on the project.
      ​

    2. Edit Settings - To edit the watch configuration of the selected folder in the project.
