Email Notification Preference for Comment Reviews

Using the new email notification preference for comment reviews, you can receive email notifications when someone creates a comment review on a file you can access (regardless of whether you were mentioned in that comment review). The new preference replaces the preference for normal file aMessages (also called comments) only when the project is enabled for comment review.

Extended Limit When Automatically Resuming Failed Workflows
When creating a Groovy script system task, if you have enabled the option to auto-resume the workflow in the event of a failure, that system task will execute automatically up to five times in such scenarios (instead of the previous limit of three times).

Introducing 'Status View' in Quality Plan
You can switch to the new 'Status View' while viewing a Quality Plan. If a file or a form is associated with the plan, its status will automatically display when you view that plan in the 'Status View'. Furthermore, the activity cell will be highlighted according to the formatting rules relevant to the selected file or form status.

You can create new report instances using template-based reports (created earlier in Classic View). This option appears when clicking the 'New' option in the left-hand menu under the 'Reports' tab.

Enhanced Support for Single-Tenant Projects via Asite API
If you use the 'Single Sign-On' login option to access your projects via API, you can select the tenant based on which you want to access your single-tenant project. The code generated in the OAuth URL while logging in using the 'Single Sign-On' allows you to generate a token based on which you can access your single-tenant projects by selecting the required tenant.

This CDE enhancement enables Document Controllers to keep track of transmittal information and generate Document Issue sheets as a cover page for their transmittals, for easy collaboration with project teams.

Change in File Filters
On customer demand, we have reversed our recent File Filters change which displayed the complete project metadata list to an Opt-In feature. By default, all users will continue to have metadata in the file filter list based on the assigned values. If you need to enable the complete metadata values in the file filter list, please email our Customer Success at customersuccess@asite.com.

In online mode, you can filter records based on configurable attributes applicable to the listed files (along with standard file attributes).
